Refund policy
At MIGO PETS, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help make it better.
Our Return Policy
You’re welcome to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused (trying it on is okay!) and still in its original condition
- Tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging
- The item was purchased directly from MIGO PETS
- It’s not a personalised product (unfortunately, custom items can’t be returned)
- The item is clean and undamaged
To start a return, just email us at orders@migopets.com.au with your order number and a quick note about the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit A1/35 – 39 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your refund is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
